I.- Confirmations:
1. All reservations, modifications, and cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Las Torres Patagonia and have a confirmation code.
2. Reservation confirmations will be sent no later than one business day.
3. Availability enquiries, whether by telephone or in writing, do not constitute reservation confirmations.
II.- Payment Policy:
1. Individuals: The following are considered individual guests.
Up to 9 people (maximum 5 rooms).
Individual lodging reservations require full payment (100%) at the time of booking. All-inclusive program reservations will remain tentative until the client confirms and prepays 20% of the total amount reserved, within 5 days of receiving confirmation from the booking executive.
Reservations made fewer than 44 days prior to check-in must be paid in full within five business days.
For Special Season, reservations made fewer than 59 days prior to check-in must be paid in full within five business days.
2. Groups: The following are considered groups.
10 people or more (minimum 6 rooms).
For a review of group payment and cancellation policies, please refer to the special conditions with your reservations executive.
Las Torres Patagonia considers a group to be all people sitting at the same time and at the same table for meals and going on the same excursions as a group.
All reservations that are not prepaid are tentative and are subject to cancellation without prior notice from Las Torres Patagonia.
Pre-Rooming: Groups are asked for a pre-rooming list 90 days before check-in, after which Hotel Las Torres can release 50% of the reservations without names for sale.
III. Cancelations
During Low and Peak Season, the following penalties apply to the total amount of the reservation.

45 days or more before arrival…………………no penalty.
44 – 31 days before arrival…………………….50% penalty.
30 days or fewer before arrival…………………100% penalty.

IV.- Modifications:
No changes can be made to the reservation once it is 100% paid. Any changes to reservations made within the cancellation and payment deadlines that result in a lower price than the original quote will not be refunded. If the modification results in a higher price than the original quote, the difference must be paid immediately.
Considering the above, no dates can be changed once payment has been made in full.
V.- Children
All-Inclusive Program:
Children under 5 years old: free of charge in All-Inclusive plan when sharing a bed with an adult (maximum 1 child per room).
6 to 10 years old: the special “Child” rate applies exclusively to All-Inclusive program. The room must be shared with at least one adult.
VI.- No Show:
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
If guests fail to arrive on the confirmed date and time, Las Torres Patagonia reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation, with no refund, due to No Show.
VII.- Payment Terms:
Reservations will be considered tentative until the guest honors the prepayment and payment conditions of the reservation. In order to incentivize domestic tourism, Las Torres Patagonia has differentiated rates for Chileans and foreigners. Chilean residents pay in Chilean pesos including VAT. Rates in dollars are only valid for international visitors who show their passport and immigration card issued by the PDI (original document) at check-in. If a visitor does not comply with this requirement, they must pay the additional VAT tax of 19%.
The reservation fee is non-refundable. Payments must be made in the agreed currency, sending proof of deposit to your booking agent and to collections: [email protected] indicating the name of the reservation, code, and check-in date.
Payments must include the reservation codes given to you by your Las Torres Patagonia agent.
VIII.- Responsabilities:
Las Torres Patagonia is not responsible for the loss of documents or personal belongings of guests during travel or during their stay in any facilities belonging to Las Torres Patagonia, or in facilities or means of transport belonging to external service providers.
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform themselves about the destination and its geographic and weather conditions in order to determine the equipment they need to bring.
Las Torres Patagonia does not issue refunds for services not utilized in its program, such as: entrance passes to Torres del Paine National Park, boat tickets, transportation, or other services included in our program.
Las Torres Patagonia does not transport luggage without guests.
Las Torres Patagonia is not responsible for refunds due to: weather problems, road closures, natural phenomena, pandemics, theft, ground transportation issues (inside and outside of Torres del Paine National Park) and/or national or international air transportation, social or political protests or other resulting issues, personal problems, whether related health or any other problem beyond the will and control of the company, which prevent arrival or access to Torres del Paine and Las Torres Patagonia’s facilities.
In such cases, guests are advised to take out travel insurance, for which Las Torres Patagonia will provide the necessary documentation so that the guest can collect the insurance in their country of origin.
Any guide hired by the customer who uses the accommodations offered by Las Torres Patagonia must comply with Chilean regulations, established in Decree Law N°1094, Art N°70, which states that “Foreigners who are caught carrying out remunerated activities without proper authorization will be sanctioned with a fine of 1 to 50 minimum wages.”
Las Torres Patagonia will be governed for all intents and purposes by current Chilean legislation and any type of difficulty or legal dispute will be under the jurisdiction of a Chilean court of law.

This agreement (the “Platform Use Agreement”), between LAS TORRES DE LA PATAGONIA S.A., Tax ID No. 99.575.520-3, and the User subscribing to it, establishes and regulates the terms and conditions for the use of the Las Torres Patagonia mobile app (www.lastorres.com), and the mobile application of the same name as indicated below:

a. PROTECTED CONTENT. All material on the Platform and its Content, including but not limited to texts, data, articles, designs, logos, trademarks, forms, documents, graphics, photos, images, general content, its organization and compilation, source codes, software, among others, and any other information contained on the Platform (the “Content” or “Contents”) is the property of Las Torres Patagonia and is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties in force in Chile. The User understands and accepts that the Content is the property of Las Torres Patagonia.
b. TRADEMARKS. Las Torres Patagonia (including its logo and all logos derived from the main Las Torres Patagonia logo), its trademark, trade names, or distinctive signs appearing on the Platform, as well as the domain www.lastorres.com (the “Trademark”), are registered trademarks owned by Las Torres Patagonia. The User acknowledges, declares, and agrees that using the Platform and the services provided by Las Torres Patagonia does not grant any rights over the Trademarks or the Content.
c. PROHIBITIONS
i. vi. The User may not reproduce a “mirror” site of Las Torres Patagonia’s web platform or any part of it, host it on other servers, or publish it on the Internet.
d. CONSEQUENCES OF UNAUTHORIZED USE. Any unauthorized use of any Content on the Platform according to this sixth clause will constitute a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws and regulations and will entitle Las Torres Patagonia to deactivate the User’s Account and Registration, terminate this Platform Usage Agreement and its associated service, and deny the User access as expressed in section 3.2 above. This is without prejudice to Las Torres Patagonia’s right to take all actions, both civil and criminal, aimed at protecting its legitimate intellectual property rights. 8. USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ITS CONTENT
a. GENERAL ASPECTS. The User agrees to use the Content and the Platform only for purposes that fall within the legal and regulatory framework, in accordance with morality and good customs, public order, and the terms and conditions of this Platform Usage Agreement. Las Torres Patagonia does not guarantee that the Content on the Platform and the services provided through it are appropriate outside Chile. Therefore, if the User accesses the Platform from outside Chile, they understand and agree that accessing and using the Platform is at their own risk, and they must ensure compliance with the specific laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.
b. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You can browse the Site without registering for an account. You will be required to register for an account to use certain features of the Site, such as purchasing a ticket. Your account username may not include another person’s name with the intent to impersonate that person or be offensive, vulgar, or obscene. Your account username and password are personal. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and all activities (including purchases) conducted through your account. You must not transfer or sell access to your account. Las Torres Patagonia will select photos and/or videos that highlight experiences and stays at our properties and best align with the brand’s image and spirit, as long as Las Torres Patagonia is clearly mentioned. Selection will be based on the size, quality, and aesthetics of the material. Photos and/or videos must not, under any circumstances, violate public order, good morals, or current legislation. Las Torres Patagonia grants the tour operators registered on this platform the right to use these images for the sole purpose of promoting Las Torres Patagonia’s products and/or services. This right includes use on/in advertising materials, social media, websites and email marketing campaigns.
