Hotel Las Torres Policies 2026 - 2027
I.- Confirmations:
1. All reservations, modifications, and cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Las Torres Patagonia and have a confirmation code.
2. Reservation confirmations will be sent no later than one business day.
3. Availability enquiries, whether by telephone or in writing, do not constitute reservation confirmations.
II.- Payment Policy:
1. Individuals: The following are considered individual guests.
Up to 9 people (maximum 5 rooms).
Individual lodging reservations require full payment (100%) at the time of booking. All-inclusive program reservations will remain tentative until the client confirms and prepays 20% of the total amount reserved, within 5 days of receiving confirmation from the booking executive.
Reservations made fewer than 44 days prior to check-in must be paid in full within five business days.
For Special Season, reservations made fewer than 59 days prior to check-in must be paid in full within five business days.
2. Groups: The following are considered groups.
10 people or more (minimum 6 rooms).
For a review of group payment and cancellation policies, please refer to the special conditions with your reservations executive.
Las Torres Patagonia considers a group to be all people sitting at the same time and at the same table for meals and going on the same excursions as a group.
All reservations that are not prepaid are tentative and are subject to cancellation without prior notice from Las Torres Patagonia.
Pre-Rooming: Groups are asked for a pre-rooming list 90 days before check-in, after which Hotel Las Torres can release 50% of the reservations without names for sale.
III. Cancelations
During Low and Peak Season, the following penalties apply to the total amount of the reservation.
1. Individuals:
45 days or more before arrival…………………no penalty.
44 – 31 days before arrival…………………….50% penalty.
30 days or fewer before arrival…………………100% penalty.
2. Groups:Please consult your reservations executive for special conditions.
During Special Season, penalties apply to the total amount of the reservation.
1. Individuals:
60 days or more before arrival…………………no penalty.
59 – 45 days before arrival…………………….50% penalty.
44 days or fewer before arrival…………………100% penalty.

IV.- Modifications:
No changes can be made to the reservation once it is 100% paid. Any changes to reservations made within the cancellation and payment deadlines that result in a lower price than the original quote will not be refunded. If the modification results in a higher price than the original quote, the difference must be paid immediately.
Considering the above, no dates can be changed once payment has been made in full.
V.- Children
All-Inclusive Program:
Children under 5 years old: free of charge in All-Inclusive plan when sharing a bed with an adult (maximum 1 child per room).
6 to 10 years old: the special “Child” rate applies exclusively to All-Inclusive program. The room must be shared with at least one adult.
VI.- No Show:
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
If guests fail to arrive on the confirmed date and time, Las Torres Patagonia reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation, with no refund, due to No Show.
VII.- Payment Terms:
Reservations will be considered tentative until the guest honors the prepayment and payment conditions of the reservation. In order to incentivize domestic tourism, Las Torres Patagonia has differentiated rates for Chileans and foreigners. Chilean residents pay in Chilean pesos including VAT. Rates in dollars are only valid for international visitors who show their passport and immigration card issued by the PDI (original document) at check-in. If a visitor does not comply with this requirement, they must pay the additional VAT tax of 19%.
The reservation fee is non-refundable. Payments must be made in the agreed currency, sending proof of deposit to your booking agent and to collections: [email protected] indicating the name of the reservation, code, and check-in date.
Payments must include the reservation codes given to you by your Las Torres Patagonia agent.
VIII.- Responsabilities:
Las Torres Patagonia is not responsible for the loss of documents or personal belongings of guests during travel or during their stay in any facilities belonging to Las Torres Patagonia, or in facilities or means of transport belonging to external service providers.
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform themselves about the destination and its geographic and weather conditions in order to determine the equipment they need to bring.
Las Torres Patagonia does not issue refunds for services not utilized in its program, such as: entrance passes to Torres del Paine National Park, boat tickets, transportation, or other services included in our program.
Las Torres Patagonia does not transport luggage without guests.
Las Torres Patagonia is not responsible for refunds due to: weather problems, road closures, natural phenomena, pandemics, theft, ground transportation issues (inside and outside of Torres del Paine National Park) and/or national or international air transportation, social or political protests or other resulting issues, personal problems, whether related health or any other problem beyond the will and control of the company, which prevent arrival or access to Torres del Paine and Las Torres Patagonia’s facilities.
In such cases, guests are advised to take out travel insurance, for which Las Torres Patagonia will provide the necessary documentation so that the guest can collect the insurance in their country of origin.
Any guide hired by the customer who uses the accommodations offered by Las Torres Patagonia must comply with Chilean regulations, established in Decree Law N°1094, Art N°70, which states that “Foreigners who are caught carrying out remunerated activities without proper authorization will be sanctioned with a fine of 1 to 50 minimum wages.”
Las Torres Patagonia will be governed for all intents and purposes by current Chilean legislation and any type of difficulty or legal dispute will be under the jurisdiction of a Chilean court of law.

I.- Confirmations:
- All reservations, modifications, and cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Las Torres Patagonia and have a confirmation code.
- Reservation confirmations will be sent within a maximum of one business day for programs that include only lodging and services provided by Las Torres Patagonia. For programs that include external services, the timeframe may exceed two business days, depending exclusively on the response from the external provider.
- Availability enquiries, whether by telephone or in writing, do not constitute reservation confirmations.
II.- Payment Policy:
1. Individuals: The following are considered individual guests.
- Up to 9 people (maximum 5 rooms).
- Standalone lodging reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. All-inclusive program reservations will be considered tentative until the client confirms and prepays 20% of the total amount reserved, within 5 days after the confirmation is sent by the reservations executive.
- The remaining balance must be paid 70 days prior to check-in, up to which point changes to the reservation will be allowed. Reservations made less than 69 days before check-in must be paid in full within the following five business days.
2. Groups: The following are considered groups.
- 10 people or more (minimum 6 rooms).
- For a review of group payment and cancellation policies, please refer to the special conditions with your reservations executive.
- Las Torres Patagonia considers a group to be all people sitting at the same time and at the same table for meals and going on the same excursions as a group.
- All reservations that are not prepaid are tentative and are subject to cancellation without prior notice from Las Torres Patagonia.
- Pre-Rooming: For groups, a pre-rooming list is required 90 days prior to check-in. After this period, Las Torres may release up to 50% of unnamed reservations for sale.
III. Cancelations Penalties apply to the total amount of the reservation.
Individual bookings:
- 90 or more days before arrival ……………… no penalty
- 89–70 days before arrival …………………….. 20% penalty
- 69–45 days before arrival …………………….. 50% penalty
- 44 days or fewer before arrival …………….. 100% penalty
Group bookings:
- Please review special conditions with your reservations executive.
IV.- Modifications:

V.- Children
Infant and Child rates apply only to the W Circuit program (4D/3N) self-guided.
- Infant Rate: applies to children under 5 years old. In camping, it applies to 1 infant sharing a tent with 1 adult. For lodging in Refugio, it applies when one adult is booked per child.
- Child Rate: applies to children from 6 to 10 years old. In camping, it applies to 1 child sharing a tent with 1 adult. For lodging in Refugio, it applies when one adult is booked per child.
VI.- No Show:
- Mountain stays, campsites and mountain cabins: check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 9:30 AM.
- If guests fail to arrive on the confirmed date and time, Las Torres Patagonia reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation, with no refund, due to No Show.

Terms & Conditions Las Torres Patagonia Mobile APP
Las Torres Patagonia is comprised of different business units operated by independent companies:
Hotel Las Torres Patagonia, operated by Hotel Las Torres de la Patagonia Limitada, RUT 99.575.520-3, which is responsible for processing the personal data of individuals who stay at, use, or visit the hotel’s services or facilities.
Cabins, mountain lodges, and campsite, operated by Servicios Turísticos Fantástico Sur Limitada, RUT 78.809.700-k, which is responsible for processing the personal data of individuals who stay at, use, or visit those facilities.
1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Platform Use Contract and other Specific Agreements, the terms listed below shall have the meaning indicated for each:
Owner of the mobile application: Las Torres Patagonia is integrated by the aforementioned companies.
“Mobile App”: the application for mobile devices owned and operated by Las Torres Patagonia, available for download on mobile devices, the services provided by Las Torres Patagonia through it, and the Content available within it, currently and as modified from time to time.
“Platform Use Contract”: means this contract accepted by the User at the time of User Registration on the Platform, between Las Torres Patagonia and the subscribing User, which establishes and regulates the terms and conditions of use of the Platform;
“User”: means any natural or legal person who enters the Platform, browses it, and/or uses the services and/or information contained therein. The User may be an Unregistered User or a Registered User, as defined below;
“Unregistered User”: means any User who has not successfully completed the User Registration process and, therefore, does not have a Username and Password. The Unregistered User can browse certain pages and content of the Platform; however, browsing certain content and sections is reserved exclusively for Users Registered with Las Torres Patagonia;
“Registered User” or “Member”: means, interchangeably, any User who has successfully completed the User Registration process with Las Torres Patagonia or the Mobile App, and who, therefore, has a Username and Password to authenticate on the Platform;
“User Registration”: means the process by which an Unregistered User successfully completes the sign-up procedure on the Platform, obtaining a Username and Password, which in turn will enable them to access certain content and use certain services available on it;
“Authentication”: means the action of accessing the Platform as a Registered User by entering their “Username” and “Password” in the platform’s authentication section;
“Username”: means the name that identifies the Registered User, designated by them, which is registered in the databases of Las Torres Patagonia. With the Username, the Registered User authenticates on the Platform when wishing to browse sections that require User authentication for such purposes;
“Password” or “Access Key”: means, interchangeably, the alphanumeric combination designated by the Registered User, registered in the databases of Las Torres Patagonia, which is required to authenticate on the Platform;
“Data Protection Policies”: Our personal data protection policy can be found at the following link: www.lastorres.com;
“Account”: Means the instance of the Platform accessed by the User upon authentication, corresponding to the personal page of the Registered User on LasTorres.com. Your Account allows you to access various services, including User Profile, Virtual Account, trips, map, legal documents accepted on the Platform, among others;
“User Profile”: means the instance in which the User manages and publishes their set of personal information;
“Content”: means all material on the Platform, including, by way of example and not limitation, texts, data, articles, designs, logos, registered trademarks, forms, documents, graphics, photos, images, general content, its organization and compilation, source code, software, and any other information contained therein; and
2. GENERAL ASPECTS OF THE PLATFORM USE CONTRACT
PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM USE CONTRACT. The purpose of this Platform Use Contract is to regulate the relationship between Las Torres Patagonia and the User, defining the terms and conditions of use of the Platform.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PLATFORM USE CONTRACT. By clicking the “I Accept” button located at the end of this Contract, the User acknowledges and declares having read, understood, and fully accepted the text of the Platform Use Contract in all its parts, agreeing to be governed by all its terms and conditions, and subject to applicable laws and regulations. Once the “I Accept” button is clicked, this Contract shall be binding on the parties. If the User does not accept this Platform Use Contract, they must immediately refrain from accessing, browsing, and using the Platform. Furthermore, they may not use its services or the information available on the websites and mobile applications that comprise it.
POWERS OF LAS TORRES PATAGONIA REGARDING PLATFORM CONTENT. Las Torres Patagonia may make changes to the Content and the Platform at any time and without prior notice to Users. Furthermore, it is acknowledged that the Platform may contain technical and/or typographical errors, and Las Torres Patagonia shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such unintentional errors.
SEVERABILITY OF THE PLATFORM USE CONTRACT CLAUSES. If any clause of this Platform Use Contract is declared non-existent, invalid, unenforceable, and/or in any way ineffective by a competent court, the remaining clauses of this Platform Use Contract and the rights and obligations arising therefrom shall remain in full force and effect.
3. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION OF THE PLATFORM USE CONTRACT
AMENDMENTS. Las Torres Patagonia may at any time and from time to time correct, modify, add, delete, and update the terms and conditions of this Platform Use Contract, subject to prior acceptance by the User. For these purposes, Las Torres Patagonia will promptly notify the User of the modifications intended to be made to the Platform Use Contract via email sent to the account used for registration. Changes to the Platform Use Contract shall be deemed accepted by the User if no objections are presented within three days of receiving the notification email.
4. TERMINATION OF THE PLATFORM USE CONTRACT
This Platform Use Contract shall remain in effect for as long as Las Torres Patagonia continues to operate the Platform. Las Torres Patagonia reserves the right to cease offering the Platform, its Content, and the services provided through it at any time, upon prior notice to Users and Members of Las Torres Patagonia.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Las Torres Patagonia may immediately terminate the Platform Use Contract if it decides, at its sole discretion, to deactivate a Member’s account and respective User Registration in any of the following cases:
a. In the event that any information provided by the User proves to be false, incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, and/or in any way untrustworthy;
b. In the event that the User engages in unauthorized use of the Platform Content in accordance with the provisions of this instrument;
c. In the event that the User commits a material breach of their obligations under the Platform Use Contract and/or Specific Agreements.
In such cases, the Platform Use Contract and User Registration shall be deemed expired from the moment Las Torres Patagonia notifies the User via email to the address registered with Las Torres Patagonia.
However, clauses regarding the following matters shall survive and remain in effect even after the termination of the Platform Use Contract: (i) Indemnities, (ii) User Representations and Warranties, (iii) Liabilities and Exclusions, (iv) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction, and (v) in general, any other matter that by its nature endures despite the termination of this Contract.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICIES

6. VERACITY OF USER INFORMATION
USER RESPONSIBILITY. The User undertakes that all information provided to Las Torres Patagonia, whether through the Platform or otherwise, must be true, accurate, and verifiable. Furthermore, the User is solely responsible for keeping their personal information updated at all times. By accepting this Contract, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided to Las Torres Patagonia and any updates over time, remaining solely responsible for any damages caused by inaccuracies in the information affecting themselves, Las Torres Patagonia, and/or third parties. Las Torres Patagonia is not responsible for any failures committed by the User regarding this clause.
PROHIBITIONS. The User understands that creating accounts or using the Platform by providing false data is strictly prohibited.
VERIFICATIONS. Las Torres Patagonia reserves the right to verify the information provided by the User. If all or part of the information is found to be untrue or not belonging to the User who provided it, Las Torres Patagonia may deactivate the Account and User Registration, terminate this Platform Use Contract and its associated service, and deny the User access in the manner expressed herein. This is without prejudice to Las Torres Patagonia’s right to initiate appropriate legal actions against any User who provides false information.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a. PROTECTED CONTENT. All material on the Platform and its Contents, including but not limited to text, data, articles, designs, logos, registered trademarks, forms, documents, graphics, photos, images, general content, its organization and compilation, source code, software, among others, and any other information contained on the Platform (the “Content” or “Contents”) is owned by Las Torres Patagonia and protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties in force in Chile. The User understands and accepts that the Content is the property of Las Torres Patagonia.
b. REGISTERED TRADEMARKS. Las Torres Patagonia (including its logo and all logos derived from the master logo of Las Torres Patagonia), its brand, commercial names, or distinctive signs appearing on the Platform, as well as the domain www.lastorres.com (the “Registered Trademark”), are registered trademarks owned by Las Torres Patagonia. The User acknowledges, declares, and accepts that Use of the Platform and services provided by Las Torres Patagonia grants no rights over the Registered Trademarks or Content.
c. PROHIBITIONS
Content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, reused, redistributed, republished, displayed, or posted by the User in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, recording, photocopying, or other methods, without prior written authorization from Las Torres Patagonia.
Nothing on the Platform may be used by third parties without prior written authorization from Las Torres Patagonia for each required occasion.
Access, downloading, transmission, and printing of any Content may only be carried out by the User strictly for personal use and solely in connection with the proper use of the services provided by Las Torres Patagonia through the Platform.
The User may not modify or create derivative works based on part or all of the Content published on the Platform.
The use of Las Torres Patagonia Content on any other site—including links to Las Torres Patagonia on other websites, with or without the Las Torres Patagonia logo—is prohibited without prior written authorization from Las Torres Patagonia.
The User may not replicate a “mirror” site of the Las Torres Patagonia web Platform or any part thereof, host it on other servers, or publish it on the Internet.
d. CONSEQUENCES OF UNAUTHORIZED USE. Any unauthorized use of Platform Content under this clause constitutes a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws and regulations, granting Las Torres Patagonia the right to deactivate the User’s Account and Registration, terminate this Platform Use Contract and associated service, and deny User access as stated herein. This is without prejudice to Las Torres Patagonia’s right to exercise all civil and criminal legal actions to protect its legitimate intellectual property rights. Any questions regarding registered trademarks and/or use of Las Torres Patagonia Content should be directed to Las Torres Patagonia.
8. USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ITS CONTENT
a. GENERAL ASPECTS. The User agrees to use the Content and Platform only for purposes that fall within legal and regulatory boundaries, in accordance with morality, good customs, public order, and the terms and conditions of this Platform Use Contract. Las Torres Patagonia does not guarantee that Platform Content and services provided through it are appropriate outside Chile. Therefore, if accessed from outside Chile, the User understands and accepts that access and Use of the Platform are at their own risk and that they must comply with the specific laws of their jurisdiction.
b. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION. You can browse the Site without registering an account. You will be prompted to register an account to use certain Site features, such as purchasing a ticket. Your account username must not include another person’s name with the intent to impersonate them, nor be offensive, vulgar, or obscene. Your username and password are personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and use of your username and password, as well as all activities (including purchases) made through your account. You must not transfer or sell access to your account. We will not be liable for any damages related to the disclosure of your username or password or another person’s use thereof. You must not use another user’s account without permission. You must notify us immediately in writing if you discover unauthorized account use or any other account-related security breach. We may require you to change your username and/or password if we believe your account is no longer secure or if we receive a complaint that your username violates someone else’s rights. You hold no ownership over your account or username. We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel an account, or deny access to the Site for any reason.
c. CODE OF CONDUCT. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that:
You will not restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site;
You will not use the Site for any illegal purpose;
You will not state or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us without prior written consent;
You will not impersonate any real or fictitious person or entity, including our employees or representatives;
You will not submit (a) any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content, or anything infringing our or third-party intellectual property or other rights; (b) non-public company information without authorization; or (c) unsolicited advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, surveys, contests, investment opportunities, or commercial communications;
You will not post or link to material deemed harmful, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, profane, insulting, threatening, harassing, hateful, or objectionable—including images of minors under 18, encouraging/depicting drug use positively (including alcohol and cigarettes), portraying violence as acceptable or desirable, or containing personal contact information identifying third parties;
You will not post or link to material that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates any individual or group based on religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability;
You will not engage in spamming or message flooding;
You will not gather or collect information about Site users;
You will not order event tickets exceeding established limits for an event;
You will not use passwords or codes to join presales/offers on the Site unless received directly from us, or in violation of presale/offer terms;
You will not use any area of the Site for commercial purposes, such as ticket, product, or service sales.
d. PROHIBITIONS ON PLATFORM AND CONTENT USE. The User understands and accepts that, in addition to prohibitions established elsewhere in this Contract, specific prohibitions apply to using the Platform and Content. The User shall not:
Use the Platform and/or Content for purposes violating current laws in Chile or international agreements, or engage in practices violating law, morality, good customs, or rights of any user or Las Torres Patagonia;
Distribute fraudulent, misleading info/content from the Platform (including deceptive ads for third-party products/services), or content that is discriminatory, violent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, disparaging, immoral, obscene, or pornographic;
Distribute third-party copyright-protected info/content from the Platform without prior authorization from the owner;
Use and/or hack the Platform in ways that damage, disable, impair, or overload normal operations, services, or Las Torres Patagonia’s systems, software, and hardware;
Transmit/distribute viruses or malicious electronic elements on the Platform that impair function or compromise security;
Prevent or interrupt third-party Use of the Platform;
Misuse passwords (own or third-party) or use third-party accounts/personal info without authorization;
Monitor, copy, or extract Platform data using automated or manual processes;
Upload, publish, post, transmit, share, store, or make public on the Platform or elsewhere any private/identifying info of Las Torres Patagonia Members (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, RUT, bank/credit card details, etc.);
Transmit personal info via emails, blogs, forums, or other communication media;
Misuse info and content accessible from the Platform, such as actions undermining fundamental constitutional rights, inducing criminal behavior, or provoking anxiety/fear in others.
Breaching these rules entitles Las Torres Patagonia to deactivate the User Account and Registration, terminate this Contract, and deny access, without prejudice to civil/criminal legal remedies.
e. MOBILE APPLICATION. If you install or use our mobile application, software, and services (collectively, “App”), we grant you a limited right to install and use the App on a single authorized device in Chile/its territories or other countries where offered. You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial, and entertainment purposes. No rights are granted regarding documentation, support, updates, or maintenance. We do not provide devices, Internet access, or wireless connectivity. We are not responsible for interactions between you and other App users, nor for information transmitted through the App (including location).
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Platform Use Contract and Specific Agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute or controversy arising from or relating to this Contract shall be submitted to the competent Courts of the city of Santiago, Chile. For these purposes, both the User and Las Torres Patagonia expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts of the city of Santiago.
UGC Policy
At Las Torres Patagonia, we love welcoming nature-loving tourists from all over the world. Because of this, we may ask you to share these images or videos on our digital channels, such as our website, social media, emails, and ads.
These materials are primarily published on certain pages of our website and an inspiration gallery to give our customers an idea of what it is like to visit Torres del Paine. In some cases, they may also be published on the lastorres.com homepage, our social media channels, our newsletter, or Ads.
By responding to our request to publish your content, you accept the following General Terms of Use:
Publication of photos and/or videos in the Gallery
All photos or videos published on social media that tag any of Las Torres Patagonia’s social media profiles are eligible for selection by Las Torres Patagonia to appear on our website www.lastorres.com, in our newsletter, and on our social media channels. Your profiles must be set to “public” so that we can view your photo. Otherwise, your photo will not be visible and cannot be selected.
Material selection criteria and visual identity guidelines
Las Torres Patagonia will select photos and/or videos that highlight experiences and stays at our properties and best adapt to the brand’s image and spirit, provided that Las Torres Patagonia is clearly mentioned. The selection of materials will be based on their size, quality, and aesthetics. Photos and/or videos must not, under any circumstances, run counter to public order, morality, or current legislation. We prohibit any publication of abusive photos and/or videos that could be considered violent, dangerous, threatening, defamatory, offensive, hate-driven, discriminatory, profane, or pornographic. Las Torres Patagonia assumes no obligation to use the materials, even if they meet all the conditions set forth in these General Terms of Use. If your photo is selected from a social network, you will receive a comment from the official Las Torres Patagonia page on that platform. Reply with the hashtag #YesLasTorresPatagonia or #EnjoyLasTorresPatagonia to give your authorization and accept these General Terms of Use.
Transfer of photo or video rights
Participants certify that they hold the copyright to the published photos or videos, as well as the necessary authorizations regarding the image rights of any people appearing in the photos. The publication of photos featuring minors implies that you have obtained prior consent from their legal guardians. By uploading your photos and/or videos and posting content in the Gallery, you agree that your photo and/or video may be displayed on the following channels: the commercial website www.lastorres.com and all media dedicated to promoting the brand (marketing campaigns, catalogs, social media, and other customer communications). By submitting a photo and/or video, you grant Las Torres Patagonia a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license right. You grant Create the right to use, modify, change, and reproduce the photographs and/or videos, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, through any technical process and on any medium, particularly on its commercial website, on the various social networks where Las Torres Patagonia is present, and in customer communications. Participants agree not to take any action of any kind (including on behalf of third parties) related to the use of the images as described above against Las Torres Patagonia or anyone acting on its behalf.
Requesting photo removal
You may request the removal of a photo or video at any time. Each piece of content features a “report” button at the bottom right that you can use if you wish to flag it, or you can write to us at [email protected].
Processing of personal data
Your personal data, collected by Las Torres Patagonia when you upload your photo, is used under the legal basis of “legitimate interest of Las Torres Patagonia” to integrate your photo into all the media described above and promote the image of Las Torres Patagonia. We may transfer the images to tour operators and travel agencies for Las Torres Patagonia’s promotional purposes. OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS
All images and videos hosted on this platform are the exclusive property of Las Torres Patagonia. Any other use not contemplated in this document must be requested, and Las Torres Patagonia reserves the right to evaluate such requests.
AUTHORIZATION OF USE
Las Torres Patagonia grants the use of these images to its tour operators registered on this platform solely to promote products and/or services of Las Torres Patagonia. Such uses extend to advertising materials, social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
This license is exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. In the event of extraordinary and unauthorized use, Las Torres Patagonia reserves the right to take measures to revoke said license and initiate corresponding legal action.
RESTRICTIONS OF USE
The following is expressly prohibited:
Using these images to promote products or services of brands other than Las Torres Patagonia.
Altering the images, modifying the original integrity of the photographs, or falsifying related information presented in the material.
Selling, sublicensing, redistributing, or assigning the images to third parties.
Using the images in a manner that damages the Las Torres Patagonia brand.
DURATION OF THE LICENSE
The license granted through this document is conferred upon the tour operator for as long as their connection to the commercialization activities of the services offered by Las Torres Patagonia remains active.
In the event of the termination of the commercial relationship, the operator must cease all use of the images across any medium.
EXTENDED LIABILITY
The tour operator agrees to be responsible for the correct use of the images provided by Las Torres Patagonia and to respond to any third-party claims arising from their use.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The use of the photo platform implies acceptance of each of these terms and conditions.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Law No. 19.628 (as amended), which regulates personal data protection, must be complied with by anyone who uses the images and videos and thereby assumes responsibility for the personal data contained within them.
