The nomination follows the hotel’s recent win in the same category in the South America edition of the World Travel Awards, positioning it to compete with other global leaders in sustainable tourism.

Torres del Paine, October 9, 2025 – After winning South America’s Leading Green Hotel at the World Travel Awards for its outstanding sustainable tourism efforts within Torres del Paine National Park, Hotel Las Torres has now been nominated for the global title in the same category.

This prestigious nomination places Hotel Las Torres alongside the world’s top sustainable tourism destinations, all vying for one of the most esteemed honors in the industry—widely recognized as the ultimate symbol of excellence in global tourism.

Although the South America awards ceremony took place just a few weeks ago, voting for this global category will be open for a limited time only—from October 6 to October 26, 2025. Winners will be announced before a distinguished international audience at a ceremony in Bahrain on December 6, 2025.
