Designed to support tour operators, the new platform makes it easier to showcase the experiences of Torres del Paine and, for the first time, offers real-time availability at a glance.
Torres del Paine, August 11, 2026 – Las Torres Patagonia has unveiled the Master Kit Comercial, a new online platform built to support and strengthen the work of its commercial partners. It brings together, in a single place, the resources they need to promote the experiences within Torres del Paine National Park, streamlining a relationship that has long relied on scattered materials.
The launch comes as preparations get under way for the 2026-2027 season. With a new cycle of visits to Chilean Patagonia on the horizon, the platform gives partners a fast, centralized tool: official information, kept up to date and always on hand when advising and supporting their clients.
Official content in one place
Through its partners, Las Torres Patagonia brings its experiences to travelers in markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Chile. The Master Kit Comercial reinforces that relationship with direct, well-organized access to all of the brand’s official content.
The platform gathers product sheets, rates, brochures, itineraries and current policies. It also includes high-resolution photography and video, along with brand guidelines, so partners can build their own materials from official assets.
Real-time availability
The platform’s standout feature is real-time availability. Operators can check occupancy at Hotel Las Torres and across the trekking circuits instantly, answering their clients on the spot with accurate, up-to-date information.
The result is faster planning and confirmation, and a better experience for both the advisor and the traveler weighing a trip to Torres del Paine.
