The company shared key updates, including its sustainability report, new coffee shops within the national park and exclusive services for guests.
Santiago, June 12, 2025.– Just over a month before the close of its 2024-2025 season, Las Torres Patagonia, located in the heart of the Torres del Paine National Park, unveiled the exciting developments it has planned for the coming season, which will begin in October of this year.
The event, entitled “Las Torres Patagonia Takes You to the Top”, was held at Sky Costanera for the tour operators that collaborate with the company. During the event, attendees learned about the infrastructure improvements, new exclusive services and sustainable initiatives being implemented in various areas.
Among the updates for the upcoming season, the company highlighted the new coffee shops that will be opened in the Central, Chileno and Francés sectors of the Torres del Paine National Park, located in the accommodation areas along the W Circuit.
In the Cuernos Sector, Las Torres Patagonia announced the opening of new, fully-equipped restrooms with showers for guest use, as well as a “quincho” space where visitors can prepare their own meals. These new services will enhance the experience of guests staying at one of the three types of accommodations available in the sector: cabins, mountain hostels and campsites.
To further improve the experience of its guests at Hotel Las Torres, located at the start of the park’s main trails, the company announced exclusive services at the Pionero Bar, as well as those offered by its excursion team. This will provide more personalized attention to those staying at the hotel.
Another update announced at the event was the introduction of a new identification wristband for guests participating in a hike. This simple tool will facilitate visitor access to services while on a Las Torres Patagonia program, including the use of restrooms in different accommodation sectors.
Sustainability, one of the company’s core values in the Torres del Paine National Park, was also emphasized. Las Torres Patagonia announced changes to its NGO, which has now been renamed Las Torres Patagonia Conservancy. The new name better reflects two new projects for which the NGO is responsible: a Climate Action Plan and annual sustainability report, which can be downloaded from its website.
Lastly, the company presented its most recent awards, including its inclusion in the prestigious Travel+Leisure magazine’s list of the World’s 500 Best Hotels and the award for Best Marketing Campaign of the Year at the 2025 LATA Excellence Awards.
At the event’s conclusion, Las Torres Patagonia’s general manager, Josian Yaksic, emphasized the role of tour operators in the company’s operations. He noted, “the updates shared today will help to continue positioning the Torres del Paine National Park as an attractive and innovative tourist destination, one that keeps up with the times and offers an innovative experience that is constantly being renewed.”
Meanwhile, the company’s commercial manager, Juan López, remarked, “we are working to ensure that next season’s services offer an even more exceptional experience, in which sustainability becomes our hallmark, and we apply technology and innovation to enhance every step of our guests’ journey.”
The new season at Las Torres Patagonia will begin on October 1, 2025, and run until April 2026.
