Torres del Paine, Chile, April 29, 2025 – Aiming to strengthen ties with foreign markets, Las Torres Patagonia—a family business located in the heart of Torres del Paine National Park—has appointed Javiera May as its new International Market Manager, leading the brand’s main strategies in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Javiera has a degree in audiovisual communication from Duoc UC and extensive experience in content development, brand storytelling and partnership building in the hospitality industry. Notably, she held the same position at Hotel Alto Atacama, where she established ties with the industry’s primary long-distance markets: the United States, Canada, Europe, Oceania and Asia.

During her more than five years at Alto Atacama, she focused on developing close ties with operators in Chile and identifying business opportunities with national and international accounts. She also served as Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and coordinating the brand image.

Before that, Ms. May coordinated Alto Atacama’s experience area, concentrating on the link between business needs and the hotel’s daily operations. She was responsible for staff training and analyzing NPS indexes and guest comments.

Las Torres Patagonia’s new International Market Manager joins the company’s commercial team, where she will combine her skills and strategies with the great group of professionals led by Juan López, the company’s commercial manager.
