Torres del Paine, March 6, 2026. Following an extensive recruitment process, Las Torres Patagonia has announced the winners of the third edition of its voluntourism contest, “10 Volunteers for 10 Days.” This year’s campaign was carried out in partnership with the Chilean airline SKY.
The results were announced on Tuesday, March 3, after reviewing applicants from Chile, Brazil, the United States, Canada, and, for the first time, the United Kingdom, which was given a special slot this year.
The chosen participants will travel to Torres del Paine National Park with all expenses paid, including round-trip airfare, transportation from the airport to the national park, and lodging at Hotel Las Torres. During their stay, the volunteers will help rebuild the trail to Base Torres, working alongside experts on this iconic route in the park.
As well as their conservation work in the mornings, volunteers will have the opportunity to experience the natural environment of Torres del Paine first-hand through various activities within the park, such as guided excursions and horseback riding.
This year, volunteers will help inaugurate the first restored section of the trail, marking the completion of the first phase of work covering 3.3 kilometers.
More than 250 people applied to the contest by uploading a video to their social media accounts in which they reflected on the meaning of sustainability and shared their view on the importance of protecting natural wonders such as Patagonia.
The Las Torres Patagonia team, together with acclaimed photographer and filmmaker Timothy Dellaine, carefully evaluated each application and selected those who stood out for their commitment to nature and conservation, their creativity in communicating their ideas, and their interest or experience in sustainability initiatives.
The winners of the third edition of 10 Volunteers for 10 Days are:
The volunteers will head to the park in groups of 5 people during one of the following periods: March 22 to 27 or March 28 to April 2. During their stay, they will work together to rebuild the trail and have a once in a lifetime experience in one of the world’s most renowned natural destinations.
