Successful applicants will win the chance to visit Torres del Paine with all expenses paid and help restore the Base Torres trail.

February 19, 2025 – Las Torres Patagonia, a family business located in the heart of Torres del Paine National Park, announced an extension of the “10 Volunteers for 10 Days” application deadline this morning. The initiative invites people from Chile, Brazil, and the United States to help restore the Base Torres trail while enjoying various activities in the park, all expenses paid.

Those who wish to participate have until March 5 to submit their applications and compete for one of ten spots. 

What does the experience involve? The ten winners, divided into two groups of five, will have the opportunity to visit Torres del Paine National Park for a five-day experience. 

Las Torres Patagonia will contact the winners to coordinate the purchase of airline tickets from their city of origin to Punta Arenas, where a transfer will pick them up and take them to Hotel Las Torres, where they will be staying. The all-inclusive program stay includes dinner at the Coirón Restaurant, where the concept fuses Chilean flavors with traditional Patagonian ingredients.

Each morning, the winners will contribute to protecting the natural environment by helping restore the Base Torres trail. They can spend their afternoons enjoying different activities in the park, such as horseback riding and trekking excursions.

How to apply? To apply, applicants must upload a video to Instagram explaining what the concepts of ecotourism and sustainability mean to them. The video must be 45 seconds or less, and the description must contain the hashtag #PatagoniaVoluntourism and tag @LasTorres.Patagonia.
