Around 800 professionals from the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) chose the video “Sustainable Cocktails Made in Patagonia” from Las Torres Reserve as the grand winner of the Adventure in Motion 2022 virtual contest. It is a triumph for Chile and Patagonia!

With great emotion and joy, Las Torres Reserve team is pleased to share a great triumph; the audiovisual proposal “Sustainable Cocktails Made in Patagonia” was the winner of the Adventure in Motion 2022 contest organized by the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA).

This was decided by the majority, in Lugano, Switzerland, more than 800 members of this prestigious organization after a vote held within the framework of the Adventure Travel World Summit, beating its competitors such as Futurismo Azores Adventures and Switzerland Tourism.

The representatives of Las Torres Reserve received the award on behalf of Patagonia, Chile, Latin America and, of course, the entire Torres del Paine National Park community, without whom none of this would have been possible.

“It is a tremendous pride for us to have Federico in the team. This great project enhances our vision of being a world leader in sustainable tourism and reaffirms our north. Without a doubt, he is an inspiration for our entire team”, said Josian Yaksic, CEO-General Manager of Las Torres Reserve.

Starring bartender Federico Gil, this short film reflects the vision of sustainability and love for the territory that characterizes the community of Reserva Las Torres. Inspired by the organic garden, the native flora and the pristine waters of the mountains, giving life to an original proposal for sustainable cocktails and organic beer that today crosses borders with a message of conservation.

“This achievement shows us that we are on the right path and that, through different tourism initiatives, it is possible to deliver a message of conservation and care for the destination. Thanks to all who participated! We are very proud of what we have achieved”, said Mauricio, Executive Director of Las Torres Reserve.

For his part, the protagonist of this story, Federico Gil, expressed his immense joy for this achievement that, together with his brother, began to build 12 years ago with the creation of Organic Patagonia: “It is a powerful message to promote the conservation of the destination. This opens up opportunities for the industry in Latin America and, beyond tourists visiting us for nature and beautiful landscapes; they can also do so for this sustainable cocktail proposal.”

From Las Torres Reserve we want to thank all the voters who expressed their preference for “Sustainable Cocktails Made in Patagonia“, the internal community of Las Torres Reserve, the staff of Pionero Bar and Hotel, Austral beer, REIN producer and, especially, Federico Gil and Organic Patagonia, who starred in this inspiring audiovisual piece. We are waiting for you at Pionero Bar of Hotel Las Torres to taste a delicious cocktail!
