A trip to Torres del Paine National Park involves physical exertion—for some more than others, perhaps, but we all may experience muscle soreness from physical activity in the park. With our mission of enriching and enhancing your experience, over the years Las Torres Patagonia has developed a series of treatments designed to relieve muscle pain, revitalize the body, and simply provide a well-deserved moment of relaxation, all of which can be found in our Wellness Center.

The Wellness Center is located here at the Hotel Las Torres, just a few steps from the Coiron Restaurant in an old house that was once used as a guesthouse by the Kusanovic family. Upon entering, you’ll be captivated by the extensive vines that have spread across the ceiling of the lobby, creating an environment that envelops the senses. This unique place transports you to a one-of-a-kind experience, featuring a harmonious combination of wood, stone, and the impressive old vine that crowns the ceiling.

Here you can enjoy different services designed to give your body the attention it desires. It is very important to book your appointment at least one hour in advance, so that you may be attended with all the comfort required. To do this, you can go to the reception desk of the hotel and arrange your appointment. Our Wellness Center is open 10 AM – 9 PM, seven days a week.

As for services, the center offers a sauna session, which has the unique feature of being fueled by wood, with temperatures that can range between 35º and 50º C (80º and 100º F).

For those looking for a hydromassage experience, we have a jacuzzi. Its temperatures reach 27º C and, together with hydro pressure pumps, can provide you with the perfect treatment for sore backs and legs after a long day of trekking and carrying heavy backpacks.

To complement the jacuzzi experience, we use the essences of local plants, mineral salts, and other relaxing additions. We use lavender to relax the body and senses, peppermint to soothe, and chamomile as an anti-inflammatory.

The massages offered by the Center generally concentrate on the back, calves, and soles of the feet. One of the most popular treatments among our visitors is the deep-intensity deconstructing massage, which fully encompasses muscle work with a focus on relieving knots in the muscle tissue.

We also offer facial massages, which may be moisturizing, nourishing, or anti-age. This treatment is intended for all skin types, whether sensitive, mature, young, or dehydrated, and for both men and women. Here our specialists will do an evaluation and, select the treatment indicated in as per the needs of the guest.

Another of our popular treatments is the hot stone massage, a technique that combines mineral energy with massage as it transfers heat to your body, generating the effect of two massages in one. It helps reduce tension, comforts, relieves knots, and calms the mind.

If you are looking to surprise your partner for Valentine’s Day, also we have an exclusive service called “Romance in Patagonia”. This package includes 30 minutes of sauna, followed by 30 minutes of hydrotherapy and 45 minutes of massage with natural oils. What’s more, we offer a bottle of ice-cold champagne and a selection of dried fruits and nuts to accompany the evening, making the experience even more special.
